We are not a law firm, and no attorney reviews your letter. We do not give legal advice and we do not contact anyone on your behalf. You are the sender: check every fact and amount before you sign.

An AI model (Google Gemini) reads the document you upload and lists what it finds: the charges, the products or the penalty. Each item is compared with the published rule that applies, such as your state's statute or, for deposits, HUD's sample life-expectancy chart, and a draft letter is written from that comparison. The letter may only use facts from your document and your own answers.

Reading your document is free. If you want the letter, it is a one-time payment shown before you pay, with no subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Your card statement shows BGUARD* followed by the product name.

Your document is used to produce your analysis and letter and to support you if something goes wrong. You can ask us to delete it at any time; see the privacy policy on any product page.
